Adam Dawda ‘Give me courage in my obscurity (NSFW)’

Traveling international model/photographer, Adam Dawda uses various mediums such as photography & writing to express ideas he spends time on pondering & observing. “The wonderful multiplicity, tragedy & incredible beauty of life amazes me.”

Today Adam brings us new stunning work. This is ‘Give me courage in my obscurity’.

“Give me courage; the hue of my eyes are no longer green, the colour is expiring; they’ve shifted to grey. I don’t wish for brightness, I wish to be left in obscurity until I reach a clarity, or until I fall helplessly into senseless aberration – what ever comes first. Courage then, I’m happy in obscurity, if it’s not happiness then it’s still comfortable enough for me to sustain. You see, my world is grey, it’s lost it’s meaning; what I saw before in contrast, I see now with empty indifference; where my heart once throbbed hot with passion is now ice in the hollow excavation of my chest. Extinguished flame. Woe to my supreme indifference. My choices are no longer my own; just a mere reflection of my lost soul and broken spirit. Give me courage in my obscurity; I’m lost to it, I’ve surrender to it. World, torment me no longer, bury me in my obscurity; what ever semblance of me is left.”
