I.E. is a Sydney-based multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, artist, fellow Taurus & a good friend of mine. He has spent the last decade working alongside close friends and collaborators BLESSED, Manu Crook$, Jordan Burns, Leng Hock, iamsolo, Dopamine, Aywy to name a few. Accumulating writing credits for artists of all genres. I.E. is an eclectic artist who draws on distinctly urban and electronic traditions, developing his musical trademark with strong R&B melodies, dark synths and a lot of bass.

Sticks & Stones: What do you always forget?
JD: To charge my phone.

Sticks & Stones: What have you found on the ground?
JD: Magic mushrooms at Falls Music Festival.

Sticks & Stones: Worst date you’ve ever been on?
JD: Went on a dinner & ice cream date & by the time we had finished she had all the food on her outfit instead of in her mouth.

Sticks & Stones: What would you wish for?
JD: A genie with unlimited wishes.

JD: Do what makes you happy!!!

Sticks & Stones: What’s something you like that you probs shouldn’t?
JD: Nickelback.

JD: I can speak fluent German & was raised in Austria.

Sticks & Stones: Got any trips planned?
JD: Planning on going to the UK & New York to work on some new music & explore. I feel like travelling inspires me a lot, meeting new people & learning new things.

Sticks & Stones: What’s the craziest shit you’ve seen on the internet?
JD: Pillow fighting but professionally, it’s the funniest thing ever & I hope to be champion one day.
