Shitty Interview No.78

THE PLANTERS remind us of the beauty in unprocessed vulnerability, delivering impassioned rawness that that only a tight-knit rock trio can provide.

‘There’s No Time’ (enclosed) is this summer’s electrifying arena-rock anthem that will reverberate in our collective consciousness, most likely endlessly. The Planters’ upcoming single manages to be both crunchy & lavish, with wildly bending guitar leads supported by unexpected, flourishing orchestral parts.

The song captures a live sound that many acts today can’t manage, making this track an instant favourite among festival-goers. ‘There’s No Time’ feels like the rebirth of Franz Ferdinand & The Strokes, with charged guitar hooks, stadium drum beats, & an intoxicating lead vocal, begging for the masses to join in.
