About Mo Summers
I’ve always had an eye for photography.. and my dad is a photographer/artist so I grew up watching him work and im sure that had a big influence on me. I only decided to really pursue photography a few years ago but I love it and finally feel like I’ve found a medium with which I can express myself.. I love how photography informs the way I see the world. What is usually a boring scene to your average person can become endlessly interesting behind the lens of a camera. It allows me to explore the world around me and see beauty and art in every moment. It gives me a chance to slow down and actually look at and appreciate whats in front of me instead of moving from one thing to the next. I enjoy the creative and technical aspects.. but always striving to move away from concern over technical details and instead pay attention to those special moments in time, the subject, the interaction, the feeling.. because thats whats really important, everything else is secondary. Lets just say its a work in progress 🙂
